Recently, National FinTech Evaluation Center (NFEC, also well-known as Bank Card Test Center or BCTC), a leading financial technology and security service provider, is qualified by PCI SSC as a Qualified PIN Assessor (QPA) company, ready to provide assessment for acquirers, merchants, third-party agents, and vendors (processing transaction passwords, providing key management functions or supporting password input function).
PCI Qualified PIN Assessor ("PCI QPA") is based on the PCI PIN security requirements standard to evaluate all acquirers and agents (such as service providers, key injection facilities KIF, and certificates processing institutions) which involved in the processing of payment card account PIN transactions. According to the requirements of PCI management documents, PCI SSC provides standards and specifications for payment organizations, while the evaluation services are provided by accredited laboratories, and the final results are reviewed and certified by payment organizations.
In recent years, BCTC has continuously strengthened service capacity building, providing customers with PCI PTS 6.X on the receiving side, PCI CPSA on the issuing side, PCI QSA for data security, PCI ASV, PCI SSF, PCI QPA on the acquiring side, and other "one-stop, all-round" international certification testing services.
