About Us

National FinTech Evaluation Center (Bank Card Testing Center)

The National FinTech Evaluation Center (also the Bank Card Test Center, “BCTC”), approved for establishment by the PBOC, is an authoritative testing institution in China’s financial industry, which is committed to offering crucial technical guarantees for bank card networking, chip-based migration and Fintech innovation.

BCTC has always adhered to the original mission and kept abreast of the times. Having grown and developed over the past 20 years, it has become a leading provider of financial security technology services, with service capabilities covering key technologies such as AI, blockchain, cloud computing, mobile internet, and IoT. The business scope spans multiple fields including technical product testing, information security services and solution development.

Under the guidance of the PBOC, BCTC aims to “serve the national strategy, financial supervision, industrial development and financial consumers”, maintains the position as a national financial risk prevention and control platform and a key infrastructure for the development of FinTech, and works towards building an authoritative and professional evaluation institution that is “leading in China and first-class in the world”, so as to empower the sound development of FinTech in China.
