National FinTech Evaluation Center (NFEC, also well-known as Bank Card Test Center or BCTC) is newly accredited to perform PCI Card Production Security Assessment (“PCI CPSA”), which is the security assessment for the card and personalization vendor. BCTC is the exclusive assessor to perform PCI CPSA in China.

PCI CPSA is built on PCI Card Production and Provisioning Security Requirements, including both physical and logical parts. The physical assessment items include physical security control of card organization, IC card personalization, IC packaging, EMV data preparation, HCE and OTA implementation; logical assessment items include encryption key management, EMV data preparation, pre-personalization, magnetic stripe and IC personalization, PIN generation, printing, and implementation. PCI CPSA specifications are provided by PCI SSC for payment organizations, evaluation services are provided by accredited laboratories, and the final results are reviewed and certified by payment organizations.

BCTC now provides one-stop global certification and assessment services to customers, such as PCI PTS 6.X on the acceptance side, PCI CPSA on the card issuing side, data security PCI QSA, PCI ASV, PCISSF, etc.
