Chip Security Testing Tool

The Multi-functional Chip Security Testing Platform is a security test suite that supports side channel analysis and fault injection analysis of mainstream cryptographic algorithms. The Platform allows customization of modules for power consumption acquisition, electromagnetic signal acquisition, laser injection, electromagnetic injection, voltage spike injection, frequency interference, and local intelligent temperature control based on customers’ needs, and is provided with functions such as leakage detection, waveform sampling, pre-processing, attack model analysis and differential key analysis for mainstream algorithms. The device supports IS07816, UART, I 2C, SPI and CAN.
